Fiji- Viewing orthogonal slices

1. Orthogonal slices allow you to view your z stacks from the slide!
2. In Fiji OPen your image
3. First set the colors and brightness and contrast for each image
4. Color → on Channel on channel bar → go to LUT button and choose channel
5. Brightness contrast- Image → Adjust → Brightness and Contrast
6. Image→Stacks→ Orthogonal views
7. Move around the cross hairs to see the different regions of the z sections
