Remote Access to the Workstations

NIC Analysis workstations

To get remote access, you must email Kari Herrington (Kari.herrington@ucsf.edu)

Remember, all the time on workstations must be booked!

To access workstations remotely after you have been granted access.

1. Go to https://remoteaccess.ucsf.edu/console
2. Select Authenticate Using SAML Credentials → Log In
   • This will take you to a page where you will use your My Access Log in
3. On the Left will be the Jump Groups, select "UCSF-CALM Remote"
4. Then there will be a list of computers to jump to, select the workstation you have booked, and on the right view plane, click Jump!

Tips

VPN will lead to remote access NOT working.

Pay attention to the top icons to have higher quality. and be able to see the actual size of the screen!
